I've been Tuckerized! I got an email from Michael Bernardi this morning asking if that hairdresser in Mercedes Lackey's Phoenix and Ashes was me. I hadn't bought the book yet, and as she had posted on Baen's Bar that she ended up not using a number of the names that were offered for Tuckerizing, I was in no hurry. (Lackey's sometimes a hardback buy--that's rare with her later stuff, sometimes book club, and sometimes wait for the mass market. And a few I've never bought or read.)

Guess I'd better go buy a copy now...

Well, now *there*'s a good reason to rush out and acquire said book. Himself will be impressed too; I don't think he's ever known someone in a book before. :)
