Tue, 12:06: Rode Autopia in cars 3 and 4 for the day-- only running one track, we were behind the first group of folks. Better steering than last time!
Tue, 12:06: Pulled Hyperspace Mtn FO, off to small world.
Tue, 12:20: Walk on to small world. Both of us trying to spot and photograph all 16 animals on the gorgeous set of small world mystery pin set.
Tue, 13:11: Riding small world again swapping sides of boatload try for more animals. Difficult photography.
Tue, 13:17: Wandered to Frontierland to look at pins, then to Main St to find the Dapper Dans. Temperature is headed up!
Tue, 13:47: Got iced drinks at Starbucks, K traded 2 pins with a guy with pins from Tokyo Disneyland as we waited for our drinks.
Tue, 13:48: No sign of Dapper Dans 15 min past scheduled time. Found 2 chairs on the little porch on Main St where we can wait to see if they appear.
Tue, 14:49: Concluded Dapper Dans are not performing today. Off to see if we can get a walk up at Cafe Orleans.
Tue, 14:51: Cafe Orleans not quite open when we get there at 11, CM says they will take some walk ups at opening, 11:30. Went off to kill some time.
Tue, 14:52: Headed to Pooh ride but stopped to pin trade with DVC sales person and had a nice chat, agreed to take the tour--will be good midday break.

Tue, 14:55: Pin traders Annette and Terry from yesterday showed up and K traded a few more pins. Then was time to check with Cafe Orleans, 15 min wait
Tue, 14:55: Several of Cafe Orleans staff had lanyards with newer pins here at the beginning of their shift.

Tue, 15:01: Will split pommes frites and a Monte Cristo sandwich, K also ordered a cup of gumbo.

Tue, 15:37: Cafe Orleans was wonderful, though it's now time to leave as our table starts getting sun. We'll do this one again.
Tue, 15:48: Off to Critter Country to ride Pooh. Also get more glimpses of Star Wars Land construction. Splash Mtn is busy in the heat.
Tue, 17:00: After Pooh we headed to Tomorrowland monorail station, paused in Frontierland and K traded with another guest.
Tue, 17:01: Time for a break in air conditioning. Temp says 84, feels much hotter in sun.
Tue, 17:03: Monorail queue overlooks Autopia. Almost always see car with half-height driver and parent braced and clutching grab bars.

Tue, 21:43: Our air conditioned break started with sorting pins in hotel, then caught the movie Finding Dory, now at dinner @ Tortilla Joes in Downtown
Wed, 00:09: Another early night spent sorting pins. Not so quiet due to concert in Downtown Disney just beyond our building--should quit at 10 pm.
Wed, 10:20: Out of the hotel room a little after 6, stopped at front desk to ask that slow draining tub be looked at, then to coffee shop.
Wed, 10:23: Seduced by the cinnamon roll for breakfast--very good when warmed a bit in their microwave, and not ridiculously large.
Wed, 10:24: Walked to Grand Californian and got in the early entry line...which was wrapped all the way around the corner and pretty long.
Wed, 10:25: Decide to walk to main gate, maybe I can ask about renewing my annual pass so I am covered for August WDW trip.
Wed, 10:50: Strategy worked--no line at ticket booth. After lots of consultation w supervisor have a new pass expiring a year after old expiration date
Wed, 10:51: Have 1 possible DL trip in the next year, went with another coast-to-coast pass. Let's not talk about the cost...

Wed, 11:07: Stopped in pin store briefly, now to Soarin as Extra Magic Hour not up yet. Rather slow, only running 1 theater.
Wed, 11:14: Did Soarin from probably worst seats-- bottom row, seats on far right. Just embrace the Dali-esque distortions and go with it
Wed, 11:33: Headed to Toy Story Midway Mania, stop in a small gift shop resulting in K making another multi pin trade with another guest.
Wed, 11:35: Toy Story wait time says 15 min though line looks longer than that. It's an all outside queue so you see the crowd.
