- Fri, 04:50: Six of us set off in rental van to Yacht Club, Stacey volunteering to drive as she drives a minivan regularly. Pin traded YC lobby.
- Fri, 04:51: Off to pontoon boat for fireworks cruise, open with cushioned seats, slightly damp despite towels covering them after day's rain.
- Fri, 04:52: Can have 8 boats for an evening, only 6 out tonight. Cruise around Epcot resorts area, down to Studios, back to resorts lake then to Epcot.
- Fri, 04:54: Very nice driver/skipper, Tracey--nurse by day, boats for Disney 3 nights/week. Gave a nice tour and great overview of Illuminations.
- Fri, 04:55: Boats park in a row just inside the bridge from England to France in Epcot. Straight on but distant view of globe and much of show.
- Fri, 04:57: Chips/popcorn/cookies and soft drinks provided once we parked. If we'd predicted the cold weather, K would've paid charge for hot drinks.
- Fri, 04:59: Even all the Northeasterners were bundling in provided blankets by end of evening--temp was about 52, felt colder on moving boat.
- Fri, 05:00: Despite cold, fireworks cruise was great--good view, seated, and no need to stand around for an hour to hold a spot.
