It's been a little...damp, shall we say. Cindy got us nice and soaked, then Dennis brought the flooding. I've escaped with nothing more than small limbs and leaf debris in the yard--looks like the parts of Atlanta that got hit the worst were north and west, and I'm in the northeast. My father in south Georgia lost power for a couple of hours and reported that parts of town were flooded, though not near him.

I sympathize on the stress eating--I've thought several times that part of what made this work was being at a place in my work and home life when I could concentrate on getting new eating habits.
