Fri, 16:24: Another Disney trip! I'm at WDW, just checked into the Grand Floridian and Krissi and I are off to Epcot for the Rockin Burger Block Party
Fri, 16:25: Tweeting will be sporadic due to heavy use of phone for Pokémon Go. :)
Fri, 17:02: Monorail fr GF to Epcot is nice if connections are close (they were) though you do have to go down and back up to change lines at the TTC
Fri, 17:08: K has to pick up her new Annual Pass so we're in the ticket line.
Fri, 17:10: Catch up: I drove down yesterday, spent the night in a Disney Springs area hotel. Picked up Krissi at the airport this morning.
Fri, 17:11: Went from airport to Kissimmee Lakefront Park, *the* Pokémon hotspot in Orlando. That was great, lots of Pokestops, several lured constantly
Fri, 17:14: Big lines to get in--last weekend of Food and Wine, Veterans Day holiday, Epcot is slammed.
Fri, 17:17: Last nights dinner--the chicken and sugar doughnuts at Art Smiths Homecoming in the Springs, eaten at the bar. https://t.co/icrrOOX4jd
Fri, 18:19: We have checked in for the burger party early, are first in the "reserved seating" second tier line. Are sitting on floor perusing the menu.
Fri, 18:20: The party is in same bldg as the pin event, World Showplace. Big barn of a place. Will be 5 food stations, all have a signature burger.

Fri, 18:23: Food stations also have sides--tater tot bar, mac and cheese w toppings, milkshakes, other finger foods, token green things.

Fri, 19:54: I couldn't try all the sliders, but several were really good. Hard to decide which to vote for--and I think one I didn't taste is favored.
Fri, 19:57: Rockin Burger Block Party comes w rock music. When the live band started the volume was a little high for me, but tolerable
Fri, 21:21: Left the burger party early, we're both tired. Monorail back to Grand Floridian.
Sat, 07:34: Out of the room a bit before 7, got my refillable mug filled with coffee at a station just inside the main bldg, caught monorail to Epcot
Sat, 07:37: We're doing the Parisien breakfast event for Food and Wine, held in Le Chefs de France restaurant.
Sat, 07:51: Got to TTC at 7:45 where we should change to the Epcot monorail line...and it doesn't start until 8. Ditto for busses. Found a bench to wait
Sat, 07:54: Tomorrow when we have a similar schedule, will investigate bus from Grand Floridian to Epcot.
Sat, 08:07: We failed to see that they opened the monorail platform a few minutes before 8. We walked up just as the doors closed on the first monorail

Sat, 08:08: We're still in good time for our breakfast event barring a huge backup at security.
Sat, 09:27: They let us past the ropes at 9, the crowd progressed to the restaurant. Swift check-in, then handed a mimosa and shown to a table.

Sat, 10:00: So pleasant: sitting at a window table in (Disney) France, sipping coffee, chatting, catching the occasional Pokémon.
Sat, 10:20: It's Dapper Day in Epcot, lots of spiffily dresses folks around in clothes I would never wear to a theme park. :)
Sat, 11:29: Really cute Dapper costumes: he in steampunk-ish Dreamfinder, she as Figment w lavender flirty dress, orange crinoline, custom fascinator.
Sat, 11:30: Couldn't catch the Figment couple to ask for a picture, alas.
Sat, 11:33: Paused in England to see this high school band march into the park for a mini performance. All members wore Mickeyâ¦ https://t.co/Vi7gT8Yug8
Sat, 11:35: Stopped in Festival Center and the special pass holder spot in Innoventions looking for Figment merchandise--almost completely sold out.
