Tue, 14:02: Off to Orlando for an off-season Walt Disney World visit. Airport traffic light, flight not full. That's a pleasant change.
Tue, 21:30: Late getting started w tweets. Got rental car, drove to Port Orleans French Quarter after some navigational issues. :)
Tue, 21:35: Got checked in by novice cast member, while we greeted Shannon, a cast member and fellow pin trader who will hang with us this week.
Tue, 21:38: Room was ready, at far corner of this small resort, at the side that borders Riverside. Can get to either food court or store easily.
Tue, 21:39: Grabbed lunch at Riverside then went back to room for a pin trading session.
Tue, 21:41: Shannon drove us to Epcot, will check out pins and wander. K and I have FastPass+ for Illuminations, S will head home before that.
Tue, 22:55: Browsed the shops in Future World then to Pin Central. Will come back later for major purchases.
Tue, 23:56: Still with Shannon, we went through MouseGear, pin board was out. Traded with several cast members too. Then over to west Innoventions.
Tue, 23:59: Got Coke around the world tastes at Club Cool, then to Pixar short films. They showed Get A Horse, La Luna, For the Birds, all in 3D.
Wed, 00:02: Stopped in Figment shop, nothing new. Shannon left, Krissi and I got fish & chips, found spot to perch on wall behind the England pin cart.

Wed, 01:38: The wall perch was a good spot to wait for fireworks time. K played Puzzle Quest, I played Candy Crush then browsed the shops in England.
Wed, 01:45: Headed to Illuminations FastPass+ area, which had a line stretching way around the front gift shops as they weren't letting people in yet.
Wed, 01:48: Line started to move shortly and the reserved area isn't extremely crowded. Took a place at the back rope, a bit higher than the front.

Wed, 03:16: We're skipping Extra Magic Hours in favor of unpacking and organizing, and sleep. Still wandered thru several stores looking for pins.
Wed, 03:17: No more pin book at Epcot Guest Services. Will see if there's one at other parks...

Wed, 05:33: Short line for POFQ bus, and one came pretty quickly. Joys of the off season, and a dedicated bus to the smallest resort on property.
Wed, 05:36: In store, CM Matthew asked if we wanted Mardi Gras pin, as it might be sold out. Went in back & emerged w 1 only. May get another @ Epcot
Wed, 05:39: Mardi Gras pin had been set aside by manager Patty--she had 2, gave up one. She then came out to see who got pin and we had a great chat.

Wed, 05:41: Back to room around 11 after stops in store with all the nice conversation, and another in food court.
Wed, 05:42: Off to Magic Kingdom tomorrow morning.
