Tue, 19:18: Checked all the pin books at Jambo House and Kidani Village, shopped a bit in superior resort shop at AKL.
Tue, 19:19: Drove back to Beach Club for preliminary packing, checking of bill, and a nap.
Tue, 19:21: Off to MK by bus for Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party. I'm using my Figment costume again, Krissi is in Figment color Mickey tie-dye.
Tue, 20:47: Half a spicy chicken waffle, shared w Krissi. Had to get it early-- they quit making them at 5 pm. http://t.co/zrvfhWWQf5
Tue, 21:28: Frontierland Trading Post let us buy MNSSHP pins at 5 pm: rule last year was party stuff not sold until official party start at 7.
Tue, 21:30: The mystery pin, Donald as gravedigger, apparently completely sold out for the season at first party. Hard to believe, but that's the tale.
Tue, 22:10: Figment love: CM in Pirates waves us past, runs after to say its his favorite costume of the night. (Night is young though!)
Tue, 22:27: Line for Anna and Elsa at 60 min in the dead zone before party starts: not worth it to my feet.

Tue, 22:30: Great t-shirt costumes: his and her Mary Poppins and Bert, simple black outlines on white. Family of potato head faces very well done too.
Tue, 22:34: A number of the costumes on guests look likely to induce heat stroke before the evening's done. Full bodysuit Maleficent, forex.
Tue, 23:11: Elsa costumes, some Anna on kids all week, party has more. Best here is family of Mom Elsa, Dad Prince Hans, kids Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf.
Tue, 23:17: Rode Peter Pan--posted wait 20, actual 12 min. Hit Starbucks for iced drinks, now headed to reserved parade spots early for Villains show.
Wed, 00:05: Picked spots at rope facing Liberty Sq bridge for head-on view of parade, OK view of Villains Mix and Mingle due to folks in street.
Wed, 00:07: 'Free' water available. Not doing a good job keeping people fr ducking under rope who don't realize it's reserved area.
Wed, 00:08: Light steady rain started after shoe, before parade. We are sitting under ponchos, ground not yet wet enough to be a problem.
Wed, 00:13: Headless Horseman at 8:10, now we wait for parade which steps off @ 8:15. Raining harder.
Wed, 01:13: Rained pretty hard thru most of parade. Had to stand up when water ran under poncho to pants. :)
Wed, 01:14: Characters had great time jumping in puddle at gutter. Piglet really splashed, Mad Hatter, others. Costuming will love them in the morning..

Wed, 01:29: Left reserved area and went to a treat trail and visited restrooms, came back for Celebrate the Magic and fireworks.
Wed, 01:30: Won't be best fireworks viewing, too close to castle for perimeter bursts. But we've seen it before from better locations.
Wed, 01:31: At 10 is our seating for dessert party in castle.
Wed, 02:44: A little difficult to get around to pathway beside castle, then waited for post fireworks all clear to enter path.
Wed, 02:48: Got to check in desk, waited there until then let in to ground floor room. Stepsisters appeared shortly to work the room.
Wed, 02:49: Anastasia (I think--the one in red) sang a bit of the Figment song after seeing my costume.
Wed, 03:37: They let us go upstairs, tables are pre-assigned, we have table 1. Greeter suggests we sit facing out to see activity.
Wed, 03:39: Can't recommend table 1, too far in corner to see, especially with all the columns in Cindy's Royal Table.
Wed, 03:42: CM afterward tells it's a hard venue to deal with for shows.
Wed, 03:43: Also tough for pictures w villains as they circulate, must struggle from behind table. One advantage--crowd of CMs nearby to take photos.

Wed, 03:45: Plate of savories on table when we arrived: cheeses, fondue, bread, figs, aged salami. Special drink w foam topping and glow cube.
Wed, 03:47: Servers then delivered plate of 4 desserts, Lady Tremaine, hostess for evening, introduces each w villain that inspired it.
Wed, 03:50: Villains present: Lady Tremaine and the stepsisters, Maleficent, Evil Queen, Capt Hook, Dr Facilier, Judge Frollo, Cruella.
Wed, 03:51: Queen of Hearts greeted as we came in then disappeared and didn't circulate in the room.
Wed, 03:53: Horatio at the piano (Ok, keyboard covered w drape) was amazing playing Disney classic tunes in minor keys with other villainous twists.
Wed, 03:55: Food a couple of steps up fr other dessert parties. Should have thought to make request to avoid fruit for K, but thought it would be buffet
Wed, 03:57: Rushed us out at 11:15, have another seating at 11:45.
Wed, 04:00: Souvenirs=plastic dragon mug filled w trick or treat candy, glow cube (a skull) and stirrer fr drink, menu, card w villains sigs.
Wed, 04:01: Decide to try for Anna and Elsa meet and greet, sign says 20 min wait at11:30
Wed, 04:48: Actual wait >30 min, we emerge after midnight and party is over. Forgot to ride mine train after dark...next trip.

Wed, 04:58: Long wait for bus to Yacht & Beach Club. Bus pulls in at 12:55, all other resort loading areas empty except 1.
