nlbarberI went shopping. (We hatessss ssshopping, yessss....)
I went shopping, at Walmart, on a Saturday afternoon, when the Back-to-School Sales were on, on tax-free weekend.
However, I have emerged with new jeans (that fit! size 10!), shorts ditto, and assorted necessities. And it was really not as painful as it might have been, all things considered. But I'm not going back for a while.

I'm still on track with my diet. But just barely, I think, with the stressing out in the last week or so.
And then I'm going to the US on vacation for two weeks soon.
Well at least I did reach my goal weight for Month #1!! :-)
