Fri, 18:54: Tweets will be in blobs--Internet access only evenings at hotel.
Fri, 18:54: Been a long time since I was served a hot meal on a plane: airline food has not improved.
Fri, 18:54: Dinner: choice of beef stew w potatoes, carrot, cauliflower, or pasta. Sides=piece of ham w potato salad, cold bread roll, choc mousse.

Fri, 18:56: Short night, flying east. Only managed catnaps--seat in front of toilets means hearing every flush. Breakfast was @ 1 am Atlanta time.
Fri, 18:56: Cold & wet in Rome as we debarked down stairs to tarmac to shuttle bus. Big plane to unload that way--airbus 330E.
Fri, 18:56: Travel agent arranged car and driver to haul the 6 of us plus luggage to hotel.
Fri, 18:59: Hotel rooms not ready at 9 am. Checked on, left bags, got courtesy coffee in their breakfast room.
Fri, 19:00: Off to Triton fountain, led by niece who was here on school trip a couple of years ago. Fountain invisible behind construction barrier. :(
