How dry I am...

Got home around 6:30, fed the cats, opened the mail, then started heating leftovers for dinner. Decided on hot tea to drink, reached for the instant hot water, and got most of a cup before the flow slowed...and stopped. Tried the faucet. No water.

DeKalb County informs me that a crew just started working on a water main break in the area...no prediction on how long it will take to repair.

Btw, did you see my FB message? I'm going to come down to Atlanta on Monday for a consulate visit on Tuesday, Feb 9th. Would love to get together for dinner Monday night, if you are available.

I haven't been on FB in several months, really--I think there are 20 or 30 friend requests piled up, and who knows how many messages. But anyway...

I'd love to get together, and I don't think I have anything going on. Do you need a place to stay? The guest bed isn't buried too deeply.
