The mis-directed

My cell phone number is too easy, and (at least in my assessment) thus gets an unusually large number of wrong numbers.

Now my gmail account seems to be having the same problem. However, my gmail username is not 'too easy'. It is, however, built from my initials and surname, and apparently that leads to people assuming that my gamil address is theirs.

So, Nicholas who's flying from Birmingham to Phoenix, sure hope you have your Southwest Airlines confirmation from some other source--you're not getting it through gmail.

And Nichole who joined Facebook a few weeks ago? Guess you probably figured out your email problem when the account confirmation email didn't arrive. I hope.

It happens to me a lot, too. I get stuff from a Filipino futurist society, people sending email to their kids, and the odd invoice for kitchen cabinets.
