I think it's pretty obvious that I'm a ginger lover too! Crystallized ginger is always in my pantry, and gets added to lots of things like the fruitcake for the bake-along, which I see I left off the list in this post. I'm going to cut that for afternoon tea on Christmas Eve--it's been maturing in rum-soaked cheesecloth for a couple of weeks.
