refrigerator issue

My name is Brian and I’m part of the Sears Cares Escalations team. I saw this post (my apologies for the delay in catching this) and I wanted to reach out to you in order to be sure your refrigerator issue is resolved. Was the compressor ok even though it was upside down? We rely on the carrier to make sure the equipment arrives safely but that is not always the case.
