Re LaVista: that, right there, is why I will NOT go to Briarcliff, which is right around the corner from me, unless it is an emergency (i.e., Halifax running into a car). They separate you from your pet, treat out of your sight, say 'what they've done' but you have NO clue what they've actually done, and.... just, no.
At Peachtree, they let me back, apologize if they are swamped and don't have room at the moment, and actually engage in discussion as if you have a brain. And a memory.
