Sure, especially as I see it's on Beranbaum's sites The Cake Bible and Real Baking with Rose, so I don't even have to type it out. I used 85% Lindt Excellence chocolate for both the brownie and the ganache, which made it really dark and intense. I suspect 60% chocolate would be pretty good, too.
