But it would have been Nikki and the comconsole, or Illyan discussing Miles as a husband prospect, or the climax in the Council of Counts. The dinner party scene is too slapstick for me (as is the bugbutter fight).
On the other hand, even the dinner party scene would have been better than that particular football game...
