It's wonderful that you're keeping within your diet on a trip! I just dropped mine completely when I moved to England. But I'm working on finding the foods I should eat and substitutes for what isn't available here. I also joined a gym with my husband that's only a five minute walk from home. It's great because I have someone to go with, and he's liking it too.
I haven't been losing weight, but I feel better because I'm finding some muscles!! :-)
